SHIPPING & RATES

If your item is in stock, it will be packaged and shipped within 1-2 days of payment (unless stated in the listing) and estimated delivery times for your parcel to arrive is 5-7 working days in singapore and 7-14 working days in malaysia, excluding weekends and holidays. **Some goods are handmade so please give us 5 - 7 days before shipping, pre-order items waiting time 2-3 weeks. We will inform you if there is any unexpected delays.

All orders are shipped by Singapore Post (Singpost). We offer different shipping options: 


METHODS

    • Standard Shipping - from SGD1.15 and tracking unavailable
    • Registered Shipping - from SGD2.50 and is trackable
    • Courier - based on weight
    • Self Collection (Central area) - Drop us an email with your orders 
    • Malaysia/Brunei* - based on weight and starts from SGD3.50
    • International* - based on weight and starts from SGD10

Domestic/Malaysia/Brunei
*Standard mails without tracking number with max weight 2kg, please select "Registered Shipping" if you would like to upgrade to Registered Mail with tracking number at an additional cost.

    Normal mails cannot be traced hence to prevent missing mails, "Registered Shipping" is highly recommended as a safer option, please opt for "Registered Shipping" whenever possible. 

    International
    All orders will be ship via "Registered Shipping".

    (Once your order has been shipped via Registered Shipping, we will send an email containing the tracking number for your parcel. You may then use this number to track the delivery status on SingPost's website. (Registered articles will be delivered to your door, if there is no one answering the door at the time of delivery, a notification slip will be left for you to collect your parcel at the nearest post office/POP station).


    PAYMENTS

    All pricing is in Singapore Dollar (SGD) and exclude shipping costs.

    • Paypal
      If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay for purchases with PayPal using your credit or debit card.

    • I-Banking/ATM Transfer
      Drop us an email once you have transferred with the transaction details.  
      Your order will be shipped once we've received the payment.
      Your order will be cancelled, if we never received payment within 48 Hours.

     
    TERMS & REFUND POLICY

    Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, levies or fees incurred at point of entry to the buyer's country. For more information about specific country's import laws and customs/duties, please refer to www.dutycalculator.com/country-guides

    Please make sure that you're supplying the correct shipping address for your order. We do not issue refunds or reship items if an order is shipped to an incorrect address.

    All items purchased are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless one or more of the following conditions are met: (Please send us an email to inform us)

    • If an item is damaged when it arrives please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage to your item. Please note that any requests without a proof won’t be considered as a eligible request. 
    • All items must be returned unused and in its original condition with all tags attached in original packaging.
    • All return shipping costs are payable by the buyer.
    • Used item will not be accepted for return or for exchange.
