Please make sure that you're supplying the correct shipping address for your order. We do not issue refunds or reship items if an order is shipped to an incorrect address.
All items purchased are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless one or more of the following conditions are met: (Please send us an email to inform us)
- If an item is damaged when it arrives please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage to your item. Please note that any requests without a proof won’t be considered as a eligible request.
- All items must be returned unused and in its original condition with all tags attached in original packaging.
- All return shipping costs are payable by the buyer.
- Used item will not be accepted for return or for exchange.
